Your Rezults data remains in your account until you choose to delete or replace it. We do not automatically expire or delete your health credentials.

Rezults data and uploaded documents are deleted:

  • When you delete your Rezults or replace them with new results;
  • When you delete your account; or

5. How We Collect Data

  • Directly from you: When you create an account, upload a file, verify your identity, or contact support.
  • Automatically: Through cookies, analytics tools, and device logs.
  • From trusted third parties: Such as testing providers, verification partners, or analytics platforms.

6. Data from Providers and User Uploads

Zults allows users to import their STI test results by manually uploading a PDF or by copying and pasting a public or shareable results link from their testing provider.

This process is entirely user-initiated - Zults does not have a direct system integration or API connection with any healthcare provider or laboratory.

Once a file or link is submitted:

  • The document is processed using artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to extract key details such as your name, provider, test date, and results.
  • The original upload or link content is deleted after processing is complete.
  • No persistent connection or access is retained between Zults and your provider.
  • Zults never retrieves or stores your provider credentials or account information.

7. Document Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of Rezults and prevent fraud, we implement multiple verification measures:

  • AI Document Analysis: Uploaded documents are analysed using artificial intelligence to extract health information and detect potential inconsistencies.
  • Metadata Analysis: Document properties (such as creation software and timestamps) may be analysed to verify authenticity.
  • Manual Review: Uploaded documents may be reviewed by authorised Zults staff to verify authenticity and ensure accuracy. Reviewers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Fraud Detection: We analyse document patterns to identify potentially fraudulent submissions. Documents flagged as high-risk may be rejected or require additional verification.

8. Training Data for Service Improvement

To improve our automated verification systems, approved documents may be retained in our secure training library. This data is:

  • Stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS);
  • Used only to improve document recognition and fraud detection;
  • Never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

9. Identity Verification and Biometric Data

Zults uses biometric verification to ensure credential integrity:

  • Initial Verification: When you verify your identity, you submit a government-issued ID and a live facial image (selfie). These are compared to confirm your identity.
  • Biometric Reference: Your verified facial image is stored as a reference to maintain credential integrity.
  • Continuous Verification: If you change your profile photo after verification, the new photo is compared against your verified reference. If the faces do not match, your verification status and credentials may be automatically revoked for security purposes.
  • Recovery: If your verification is revoked, you may re-verify your identity at any time.

11. Sharing Your Rezults

When you share your Rezults with others:

  • Dynamic Links: Share links display your current Rezults and privacy settings at the time of access. Changes to your privacy settings automatically apply to all existing share links.
  • Privacy Controls: You can choose to hide your legal name while still displaying your verified photo and health results. Your verified photo cannot be hidden as it serves as proof of identity.
  • Revocation: You can disable any share link at any time.

12. Rez - Digital Sexual-Health companion

Rez is an in-app educational assistant that provides sexual-health education and reminders only. Rez does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.

All Rez conversations are session-based and temporary:

  • Messages are processed in real time and deleted once you leave the chat
  • No permanent message history is stored on our servers

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share limited data only with authorised processors:

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Your Rezults card and verification status will be removed
  • All active share links will stop working
  • Your message history will be deleted
  • Your biometric reference data will be deleted
  • This action cannot be undone

  • Upload with PDF: Upload a PDF of your STI test results to create your Rezults card
  • Access Rez: Your AI sexual health assistant for guidance, reminders, and support
  • Anonymous SMS: Send one anonymous message per week encouraging partners to get tested
  • Add Extra Info: Include additional details on your Rezults card
  • Control of Name and Photo Visibility on your Rezults and search profile

6. Subscription Terms

  • Payment is charged at purchase confirmation
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings
  • If cancelled, you retain access until the current period ends

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

eWellness Limited does not store or have access to your payment card details.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through your purchase history.

9. Free vs Premium Features

Some Zults features are available free of charge. Premium features require an active subscription.

If your subscription expires, you retain access to free features but lose access to Premium features.

Your Rezults status depends on your identity verification. If your verification is revoked, your Rezults sharing features will be disabled until you re-verify.

7. ID Verification and Photo

To create a Rezults, you may need to verify your identity by providing:

  • A government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, etc.)
  • A live facial image (selfie)

Your verified photo is displayed alongside your Rezults so that the person viewing it can see that the Rezults belongs to you. This is a core trust feature.

You can choose to hide your legal name, but your verified photo remains visible on all shares as proof of identity.

8. Anonymous SMS Feature

Verified Premium users may send one anonymous SMS per week to encourage a partner or potential partner to get tested.

This feature must be used responsibly and only for legitimate purposes. Any misuse (e.g., harassment or false messages) will result in account suspension or termination.

9. Rez - Sexual Health Assistant

Rez is an in-app educational assistant that provides sexual-health education and reminders.

Information provided through Zults or by Rez is for education only. Rez and Zults do not give medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or dosage instructions.

Always consult a qualified clinician for personal medical guidance.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse features (e.g., harassment via anonymous SMS)

  • May remember temporary preferences but chat messages are not stored once you leave the conversation

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 999 (UK), 112 (EU), or 911 (US) immediately.
